Thesis

The next decade of automotive will be defined by people.

Cars are computers. Dealerships are experience centers. Service bays are data factories. We invest in the founders building the picks, shovels, and platforms that power people to turn this from a slide deck into reality.

Stage
Pre-seed and seed. We're often the first institutional check. We can lead, follow, or fill out a round.
Check Size
$100K to $500K initial. Reserves for follow-on in conviction rounds.
Geography
United States focused, with a soft spot for Buffalo, Western New York, and overlooked markets.

What we believe.

01

Retail is the last unsoftwared trillion-dollar category.

Auto retail still runs on faxes, three-ring binders, and bespoke spreadsheets. The DMS layer is brittle. The F&I stack is decades old. There's a generational opportunity to rebuild it.

02

The service bay is where the EV transition gets real.

Diagnostics, high-voltage training, battery health, and parts logistics are where the next wave of automotive infrastructure software will live. The shop floor is the new edge.

03

Ownership is unbundling.

Subscription, fractional access, and on-demand insurance are moving from pilots to product. The companies that build the rails — not just the apps — will compound.

04

Distribution still wins.

The best technology dies in a dealership without a champion. We are that champion — and the pilot site, and the reference customer.
